Lori Figueiredo founded Shaping SYZYGY Development (SYZYGY) empowering organizations to enable behaviour change, mindset change and a culture of innovation and future-readiness.
She created the SYZYGY® Methodology and FUSION by SYZYGY® with tools to harness the power of AI with Human Intelligence (HI).
A Transformation Specialist with a background in psychology, behaviour and organizational change, Lori has over 30 years of experience working and learning with organizations co-creating strategies to develop people on a large scale.
